Instructions for use:
Mix one scoop of Pre JYM in 12-32 oz. of water and drink 30-45 minutes before workouts. Consider allowing Pre JYM to mix for 10-15 minutes before drinking. Also consider drinking it over the course of 15-30 minutes.

Not all that impressed. Massive scoop. Requires you to mix, wait, drink way before and drink slowly which is not always easy. I ordered the refreshing melon flavor and it tastes bad. No resemblance to a melon and far from refreshing, its actually hard to ingest even after diluting it heavily. This Pre performs well but for the price I would choose another next time

Certainly one of the best pre-workouts i have ever tried.
Superior blend of quality ingredients & good dosages.
Pricey but for what your getting, it's surely worth it.
